Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. Hello Melo Health & Beauty is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Hello Melo Health & Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Due to weather conditions during transit, some products may experience slight softening, separation, or texture changes. This does not affect product quality or product performance.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product(s). Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
